Terms of use

Last updated 23 August 2026

Who we are

Peakd Developers is a product studio. These terms cover this site — the public pages and the authenticated studio we run for clients, projects, proposals, invoices, and team.

The site and the OS

The public pages describe the studio. The authenticated product (the OS) is a working system for running that work. Using either means you accept these terms.

Accounts

Public signups are client accounts. Staff join only through an invite. You can also sign in with Google. You are responsible for the credentials on your account and for activity under it.

Acceptable use

Use the OS for legitimate studio and client work. Do not attempt to access other tenants’ data, disrupt the service, or use it to send unlawful or deceptive communications. We may suspend an account that breaks this rule.

Client work and IP

Work Peakd Developers builds for a client under a separate engagement belongs to that client as the engagement says. The OS, Scalr, and our public site remain Peakd Developers property. You keep the records you enter; you do not get a license to copy the product.

Invoices and payment

Invoices in the OS are records of work. They are not, by themselves, a payment processor. Amounts, due dates, and payment terms follow the proposal or invoice we issue, or the written agreement for that job.

Disclaimer

The public site and the OS are provided as they stand. We aim for calm, reliable delivery. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a purpose we have not agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Peakd Developers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from the site or the OS. Direct liability is limited to the fees paid to us for the engagement that gave rise to the claim in the twelve months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
